westside gallery is my own gallery and workspace in a light and airy, bespoke conversion of a new shipping container.
Complete with windows looking out across the common grazings, the Heskier Islands, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, it is a lovely space in which to paint and display my work.
In November and December 2017 I will be busy working at the Hebridean Smokehouse for quite a lot of the time - but give me a call or email me if you want to arrange to pop in and we'll sort out a time.
Open March to October
10am to 5pm Mon-Sat
Over the summer - it is worth driving past on in the morning to see if I am open as I am open - if I am not out sketching or walking the dog.
If you want to visit at any other time, I am sure we can arrange a time to suit - just give me a ring.

January and February, November and December.
12 midday to 5pm Mon-Sat
If you can only come in the morning, I am usually around - give me a ring just to check.
Where is westside gallery?
A road round runs right round the coast of North Uist, and westside gallery is on the western side of the island.
1km north of Bayhead Shop (general store, fuel, bread, fresh meat, fruit, vegs etc.) and 1.5km south of the turning for the RSPB's Balranald Reserve.
You can't miss it. Look out for the chickens.
There is plenty of parking, but if you have a campervan I would really appreciate it if you could park in the Passing Place opposite the gate.
Please call in if you are on the Outer Hebrides- I look forward to seeing visitors.
